At YONKO TCG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel and accessory purchases. If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the apparel is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
